TAXHUBS.NET is a secure website that allows you to upload invoice journal information (invoice and sales tax $) and have this information independently verified by our Digital Employees, using tax rates from a 3rd party source (STC*) to indicate under or over collection of taxes. Later releases of this service will provide further reporting capability, archival, and other services that will be defined by our clients.
Furthermore, Digital Employees can update your ERP system with the latest tax rates as soon as they become available. No more manual updates, no more calls between the finance and IT department - you can see it all online - when and what has changed, whenever new rates are available.
